About Banjo Biscuit

Banjo Biscuit is a free daily email for pet lovers: the news, safety alerts, product recalls, and health tips you need to keep your pet safe and well, in five minutes every morning.

We’re a small team based in Florida, and we started Banjo Biscuit for the simplest reason there is: we love animals. Our own dogs and cats are family, and we know yours are too. The wagging tail at the door, the cat who claims your lap the moment you sit down, the old dog who still tries to fetch. Those moments are worth protecting.

Our mission is healthy, happy pets. That means catching a food recall before it reaches your pantry, flagging the heat wave or the toxic plant before it becomes an emergency, and sharing the small daily habits that add up to a longer, better life together. Every morning we read the pet news, regulator notices, and veterinary sources so you don’t have to, and we send along only what matters. Recalls and alerts link to the original notice. Health guidance cites where it came from.

We’re not veterinarians, and nothing we publish is a substitute for one. When something looks serious, we say “call your vet” and we mean it.
